Totto is back!
After a break of twelve weeks, our Totto draw will resume on Monday 1st June with a whopping jackpot of €8,500. The draw will take place in the Complex on the 1st June at 8pm. Anyone wishing to attend the draw can do so, but in conformance with HSE guidelines on social distancing. The results will be published on all our social media platforms on Monday evening. Please note that all multi-draw entrants will simply continue from the last draw. Going forward everybody will be able to purchase Tottos via our website or on the club app.
Sunrise to Sunrise 24 Hour run
Well done to all the organisers and participants in the charity 24 hour run. Their efforts have been rewarded with over €6500 generated in support for frontline healthcare workers. The presentations to the various recipients will take place this week and full details in next weeks notes. Our donor prize winners were Perpetua Mc Kenna, Eileen McMahon and Caroline and Martin Boyd. The winners will receive club gear.
Juveniles
Another week of skill challenges for our younger players from their coaches. The Monaghan GAA coaching staff have been encouraging all coaches to have their teams practice and record their progress over the week via video tutorials posted on social media. This will hopefully show good results and boost the enjoyment of training at home.
Club App
Keep an eye out for the launch on our new club app. Its on the way. This technology could revolutionise the way in which we stay update with the clubs activities, pay subscriptions, play totto, follow results and support or teams.
Sympathy
The club would like to extend sincere sympathy to the family of Mrs Mary Strain, Omagh, Co Tyrone. Mary is the mother of Laurence Strain a former manager of our senior mens team.
