Bingo at The Seans
It was another huge night for Bingo on Monday last, as we shared out nearly €6500 in prize money to our loyal supporters. No luck for anyone with the main jackpot and it moves on to a whopping €12700, however, the bonus ball was won and now resets to €200, with all other jackpots back in place. BUT, our generosity has been so good since going on line, that next week we will hit €1.3million in prizes paid out. To celebrate this landmark, we will guarantee an extra €1000 to given away on the night. Follow us on all our social media outlets for all our updates and promotions.

Junior Championship
All roads took us to Killeeevan on Friday evening last for round two of the group stages on the championship. On the back of a narrow defeat to Currin, it was imperative that we set out our stall early and establish a sound footing for the win. To be fair to the team, that is what happened. The Lads controlled the play for much of the first half with some great passages of play and producing scores. The home team battled hard but at the break we had put daylight between us with a ten point lead. The second half did give Killeevan a short purple passage of play but overall the game was closed out by the Seans in a workman like manner with a ten point win. The Seans Club would just like to compliment  Killeevan Sarsfields on their facilities which are a credit to their hard work. It was great to see some of our recently injured players making their return which is a positive step heading towards a monumental encounter with Emyvale, at home, on Sunday at 2pm. As usual your support is an integral part of the game and the players and management appreciate it no end.

Ladies Junior League
Hard luck to our senior ladies, who went down to Aughnamullen in round seven of the junior league on Sunday. In the sweltering midday sunshine we struggled with the hard running style of the visitors. They took their changes and slowly built on an early lead to eventually win out. The Championship will now be the focus for this team and this should be an exciting time for them.

Juveniles
A hearty congratulations to our super U12 girls, who have qualified for the Division Two League final. They overcame a strong Emyvale team on Thurday evening to set up a final on Friday night in Drumhowan, where they will face Inniskeen. This team has been working well together, and under the stewardship of David and Catriona, have now got to the final. Please come out and support their efforts on Friday at 7pm.
Our U12 boys had mixed fortunes at the weekend. The first game, away to Corduff on Saturday in Division 2, was a great win and now we top the table. However, Sundays game, away to Aughnamullen in Division 6, was a narrow defeat to a very strong home team. These competitions are entering the closing stages and we look forward some more big performances still to come.
